Excellent quality of care, high skills and hospitality from the whole personnel - doctors, nurses and technical staff. I was a public patient and I was astounded how good care I received from every employee.

They are very family friendly, and the staff are great, doctors and nurses do a great job here.

Doctors (found root cause of my illness quickly and gave me the solution straight away) and Nurses are great , but if you go in there (whether you stay or not sure you stay in the hospital) make sure you take all your medications even if you are very sick - as their processes in getting your medications (what you take at home- Triage nurse forget to ask or they forget to load into system or the lead time from doctor authorisation to when you get your tablets or puffers can be over 2 days as the hospital chemist closes at 5pm) This process is terrible. Also make sure you take something warm clothes to wear as they do not have blankets (spare) at all.

Tried to make an appointment for a cortisone injection at the radiology department. As I don't have a fax machine I couldn't do it as their process involves faxing the referral, them approving it, then a nurse ringing if it's approved. No other options

Sometimes the wait can be a bit long in the emergency department depending on your case, BUT that is very normal if they are busy.
