  After months of planning for our new family car I finally thought that I had found the right car and the right organization to finally take the plunge and make the purchase. To my disappointment this was not the case and it could not have gone any worse. After being greeted by a man called Stephan Callus, at face value I thought he had my interests at heart. This man definitely busted that theory. Within the first week my engine broke down with it only having 100,000km on the clock. Being married to a mechanic I understood these things do happen so we brought it back to have the timing chain replaced but there was more to the problem. Being a women on my own when taking it back I was made to feel like a second class citizen when trying to explain there was more to the issue. Stephen was clearly only interested in taking my paper and not at all concerned with providing a quality service. He then concluded our argument in saying that they had done enough for me and my warranty was cancelled. How can they do this after only driving 500km in one week? I have two children, I work full time with my husband working 60+ hours a week and this is the last thing we needed. I hope this might help someone in the future when looking for a trustworthy car salesman so they don't have to go through this.

  On first entering the car yard I was very impressed by the well mannered, pleasant, clean cut, presentation of Stephen and the no pressure selling which made it a pleasure. I looked at other yards that day but came back to Fisher Rogers as they were the only ones to do a follow up call to see how I went. I bought a 2008 Nissan X Trail and I am absolutely tickled pink, the whole process has been hassle free and a pleasure, thank you so much Fisher Rogers may you continue for many more years
